For admission to Knox I completed the application as well as an interview with an admissions counselor. I was an 'A' student in high school and I participated in a fair amount of extracurriculars but nothing psycho. Knox is looking for passionate students who care about their communities and their relationships with others. For anyone applying to Knox I would recommend that they check out Knox's website (www.knox.edu) for what kind of admission requirements there are. But if you have taken high school seriously and are truly motivated to succeed in college I think acceptance into Knox would not be too difficult.

Got a high ACT score, basically. Knox isn't as picky as it looks: being test-optional, it doesn't have to report the test scores people don't send, most of which are the low ones. I would bet Knox's real average ACT is not anywhere near as high as it is with the low ones omitted. If you have a low ACT and good grades and don't send the ACT, you probably have a good chance too, unless you've failed to challenge yourself at all in high school.

Knox is great at finding the best qualities and experiences in you and rewarding you for them(with bomb financial aid). If you have been active in high school with a good academic record, Knox will surely show you some love.

Knox likes people who are creative and interested in what they're doing, and people like that are what make the Knox community as wonderful as it is.
